The old Goden building was no more.
And the new building was still far from finished.
There were incomplete rooms, unfinished apartments, and common areas that lacked leisure equipment. Some of the high-end machinery hadn't even arrived yet. For now, the current Goden headquarters shared its operations with the Promise Club.
The Promise Club was the masterpiece Jun-ho had built with his own hands. To most, it was just a place for dancing and drinks. But to the men who wore suits even on the hottest days, it was the House of the Monster, Jun-ho.
If Jun-ho could prove his worth by running a club, taking over the faction was just a formality. And prove it he did. The Promise Club functioned perfectly even in his absence. Marcos and Sara—just two people—kept the place running strictly according to his orders.
Because of this efficiency, only twelve people were needed to oversee the Goden headquarters.
The building was silent.
