"What if I tell you I have a plan to take out not just Fabian Stephens, but Jacob Larson would willingly hand over the reins to you?" Denver said; his voice held an uncanny peculiarity. "Interested now?"
"Hahh~ … don't bluff, Brooks. You think just because you have some magic up your sleeve, you are omnipotent or something? You are just an illusionist," Brian sneered with difficulty. He had somehow managed to talk despite the sealing magic on his mouth. He found Denver's claim utterly absurd. A mere human asserting he can vanquish Fabian, who was protected by Jacob as well as convince that the undisputed Vampire King would give his seat to Catherine on his own accord. 'Ridiculous.'
