"As per your instructions, General Yang and the other generals have decided to divide the army and engage in multi-front warfare!" Fang Lan stepped forward and announced loudly.
Having fused the civilizations of three major worlds, Hokage, Pirate, and Immortal Realm, he had become a Starlight-Tier 3 Expert, his strength advancing at an astonishing rate.
"Oh? Which worlds have they chosen?" Qin Yi asked, his interest piqued.
The Qin Nation had developed into a Sword Immortal civilization, its Civilization Rank reaching Starlight-Tier 5. The next goal was to fully integrate the entire star cluster, requiring approximately six to seven relatively complete single-world domains. These "single-world domains" referred to worlds without other World Domain presences, making them comparatively easier to conquer.
"Worlds similar to our current dominant civilization, such as Under One Person (The Outcast) and The Legend of Qin World!"
"Entertainment-focused worlds like Slam Dunk, Kuroko no Basket, The Prince of Tennis, and Football Boy are all extremely easy to conquer."
"Additionally, Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) and Tokyo Ghoul have already been targeted."
"Finally, Guilty Crown is also one of our target worlds!"
Fang Lan replied solemnly.
Qin Yi had previously established a general framework, and his familiarity with many worlds allowed him to bypass exploration of certain World Domains.
"So many?" Qin Yi raised an eyebrow slightly, surprised.
Of course, commanding battles in these worlds no longer required his personal oversight. With Qin's Nation's current strength, these tasks could easily be delegated to Ministers and Generals. What surprised him, however, was the Generals' insatiable appetite. If all these worlds were conquered, their combined land and populations would more than suffice to fully replenish the Qin's Nation's star-body, with plenty to spare.
"Haha, our King! With more worlds, we'll have even more resources!" Yang Yi roared with laughter. "You wouldn't believe how vast the resources, spiritual pills and miraculous medicines, required for cultivation truly are!"
Qin Lin nodded silently in agreement beside him, and General Yang chimed in his support.
"Our King, the more sub-worlds our Divine Nation governs, the greater the benefits to our nation's development!"
"Ah, I see now!" Qin Yi nodded, finally understanding.
During this time, Qin Yi hadn't paid much attention to the people's livelihoods. His own cultivation required minimal resources, so he naturally didn't realize that sometimes, taking medicinal pills was the most effective method for advancement.
"Since the Sword Immortal civilization became widespread, the demand for spiritual elixirs and miraculous medicines has skyrocketed. Even with the development of machine alchemy's automated production lines, resource supplies can't keep up."
"After all, the maturation of medicinal pills requires years!"
"Therefore, we still need our King to grant us authority to access other worlds, allowing your subjects to launch independent expeditions!" General Yang said respectfully.
Qin Yi pondered deeply for a moment, then nodded. "Agreed. However, when exploring unknown World Domains, exercise extreme caution."
"Report to the Parliamentary Institute first. Only proceed after their approval!"
General Yang straightened up, his voice ringing with resolve. "Yes, Your Majesty! Rest assured, we will not fail you!"
Qin Yi flicked his finger toward the Realm Gate, instantly granting the Great Qin Army full access. This meant the generals could independently explore and develop unknown worlds with civilizations at least five levels below Qin's Nation Starlight. Moreover, given his current strength and the kingdom's foundation, there would be no limit to the number of soldiers the generals could command!
The development of the King's World wasn't solely guided by the King himself. As long as he was willing to grant authority, his ministers and generals could also expand the kingdom's territories and serve as pillars of the realm.
In the early stages, when the kingdom's strength was insufficient, Qin Yi had to personally oversee everything as the supreme strategist. However, as the kingdom prospered, certain tasks could now be delegated to his ministers.
For instance, the task of replenishing the stellar bodies was entrusted entirely to these generals.
He only visited worlds that piqued his interest, observing them briefly.
"Now then, We intend to journey to the Elysium world. Who is interested in accompanying Us?"
With a smile in his eyes, Qin Yi scanned the group of ministers below.
To his surprise, the ministers and generals bowed their heads in unison, not a single voice responding.
This struck Qin Yi as odd. On ordinary days, they would have been scrambling over each other to take on such a task.
"Or perhaps you have any recommendations?"
After a pause, Qin Yi pressed further, inquiring about the Dao.
"Our King, no need to ask further, ha ha ha. Those standing here are the backbone of Qin's Nation's Minor Immortal Realm. Conquering worlds, establishing sects, these are their responsibilities now. Hardly any of them can spare the time!"
Gandalf chuckled jovially.
"As for your recommendation, well, there is someone, but their strength might not be up to par."
Qin Yi raised an eyebrow, instantly understanding. "Gandalf Chief, tell me more."
"Recently, Konoha has produced a prodigy, a young man named Namikaze Minato. Innately brilliant, he was recently admitted to the Parliamentary Institute for practical training."
"Additionally, your disciples Li Xiaoyao and Zhao Ling'er are also promising candidates. They've both turned eighteen and possess decent strength."
Qin Yi paused, then realized that when he left the Immortal Sword world, he had set the time ratio to its maximum.
"Furthermore, I recommend Ace."
"Right now, he's gallivanting across the Grand Line as a pirate captain, thoroughly enjoying himself. He's completely neglecting his responsibilities, it's time he put in some effort!"
Gandalf's jovial laughter drew smiles from those familiar with the group.
"Ace? He must be middle-aged by now, wouldn't you say?"
Qin Yi paused, then nodded without further comment.
"Then inform them: they will depart with Us this time. The Elysium matter may not be difficult, but it is of utmost importance!"
The court session adjourned, and everyone filed out in orderly succession.
Qin Yi wasted no time heading toward the Realm Gate, accompanied by a golden-haired youth of seventeen or eighteen, Namikaze Minato.
"Minato, are you confident about this mission?"
"Our King, rest assured! Your subordinate will exert every effort, even risking his life to complete the task!" Minato declared resolutely.
Qin Yi nodded, inwardly pleased. Having the father of the protagonist from Hokage working under him felt undeniably satisfying.
By the time they reached the Realm Gate, Qin Yi could already see waves of Great Qin Army soldiers surging into the portal.
"We will first conquer lower-tier entertainment worlds, then systematically advance to higher-tier realms."
"Rest assured, our King will be back in time to witness the battle!" Qin Lin said with a smile, his eyes gleaming with confidence.
"Then I'll leave it in your capable hands, General Qin!" Qin Yi nodded, his face filled with emotion.
From personally leading a small army to survive in the cracks between the Hokage factions to now entrusting missions to his generals, Qin Yi reflected on the passage of time and the transformations it had wrought, leaving him filled with profound emotion.
As he finished speaking, Ace, dressed in full pirate attire, arrived behind him with Li Xiaoyao and Zhao Ling'er.
"Well then, we'll be setting out now," Qin Yi said with a nod to Qin Lin.
Qin Lin's expression turned serious as he returned the bow, then barked sternly at the four figures behind Qin Yi: "Protect our King at all costs!"
The four warriors, all familiar with the Great Qin Army's Grand General, replied in unison, their voices deep and resonant, "Yes, Grand General! Rest assured!"
With that, Qin Yi and his group of five stepped through the Realm Gate, vanishing instantly.
