"Chi Shi, huh."
Li Hua looked at the thing in front of him, covered all over with tape, hanging in Jiang Nian's office.
"You hang calligraphy and paintings, at least hang a decent one."
"Quit talking nonsense." Jiang Nian sat in the boss chair. "Calligraphy's about the vibe. As long as it's there, it's fine."
"Hanging 'Sea Embraces a Hundred Rivers', and you're the stingiest bastard I've seen."
"True." Li Hua couldn't be bothered to roast him anymore. He found a chair, sat down, and said, "I don't need to go back for the new semester."
"Huh?"
On this, Jiang Nian was actually a bit surprised; he gave him a more serious look. "You really went and tried to hang yourself at the dean's office door?"
Could it be that there's finally a fierce general under my command!
"Nah, just had a few drinks with the counselor." Li Hua said. "After going back and forth a few times, he finally agreed to let me go."
"Nice." Jiang Nian gave him a thumbs-up.
