Liam grinned, which wasn't a common sight for outsiders, while his hand was already reaching for a deck. "Good luck, Ian. You're going to need it. This game doesn't care about your status, but only how fast you can think."
After saying that, Liam then tossed a grape into the air and caught it in his mouth, showing it to Ivan with a smug look on his face. Ivan, on the other hand, rolled his eyes and tossed two grapes into his mouth.
Liam rolled his eyes too and prepared to toss three into his mouth only to see that his bowl was empty. He looked up at Ivan and saw that Ivan's bowl was empty too.
The both of them turned to the culprit.
Aristia scoffed and put the grape into her mouth. [If you're going to play with food, you're obviously not hungry.]
The meaning of her gaze was obvious. The two boys were speechless.
While all this was going on, Zachary Splane and some other boys were watching Ivan and Liam with wide eyes.
