"Don't you think attacking him is a bit much? He's still the Prince, after all," the vampire girl said.
She glanced at the vampire boy beside her, seemingly unimpressed by his actions.
The boy scoffed.
"A mixed-blood who can't even use Mana is no Prince of mine."
His tone was filled with disdain, as though Draven's very existence offended him.
Draven, who had been about to continue walking, stopped.
He slowly turned toward the two vampires, his crimson eyes settling on the boy.
"Hey, kid, I don't have time to play with you, and I don't really give a shit what you think."
His voice was casual, without the slightest hint of anger.
After saying that, Draven turned around and started walking away again.
"So why don't you go and play with someone else?" he added dismissively.
The vampire boy's expression immediately darkened.
"Brat! Who the hell are you calling a kid? I'm way older than you!"
Draven didn't even look back.
"Good for you."
He continued walking, his left hand still tucked into his pocket and his right hand holding the bow.
*Seriously, what's wrong with these people?*
Draven couldn't understand why the boy was making such a big deal out of it.
*You're older than me. Congratulations. Do you want a medal or something?*
He had no interest in arguing with some random vampire who had decided to pick a fight with him.
Unfortunately, the vampire boy had no intention of letting him leave.
Seeing Draven casually walk away, he began releasing his Mana.
A faint pressure spread through the hallway as Mana gathered around him. He raised his hand, and the red liquid from earlier began appearing once more.
The blood swirled in the air, gradually taking the shape of another spear.
The vampire boy's face twisted with anger.
"You mixed-blood bastard son of a filthy dark elven, why don't you—"
He never got to finish his sentence.
Suddenly, a fist came flying toward his face.
**BAM!**
The punch landed squarely on his face with tremendous force.
The vampire boy's eyes widened in shock.
Before he could even react, his entire body was sent flying backward.
**BOOM!**
His body crashed onto the floor and slid a short distance before finally coming to a stop.
For a brief moment, the hallway fell silent.
The vampire girl remained standing where she was, staring at the scene with wide eyes.
She had seen Draven walking away just a moment ago.
Then, suddenly, he was there.
He had crossed the distance between them and punched the boy before she could even register his movement.
*What the hell?*
Her gaze shifted toward Draven.
*How can he move so fast? I didn't expect him moving like that.*
She couldn't understand what had just happened.
Draven was supposedly unable to use Mana. Everyone knew that.
Yet the speed he had just displayed was anything but ordinary.
Meanwhile, the vampire boy lay sprawled across the floor.
His face was badly deformed from the impact, and a bone protruded through the damaged flesh.
Blood stained the floor beneath his head.
For a moment, he remained motionless.
Then his body began to regenerate.
The exposed bone slowly disappeared beneath newly forming flesh. His damaged features gradually returned to their original shape, and the blood on his face began to vanish as his wounds healed.
Within a few seconds, his face was back to normal.
However, the anger in his eyes had only grown stronger.
Draven paid him no attention.
Instead, he turned toward the vampire girl.
His crimson eyes began to glow.
The moment she met his gaze, a chill ran down her spine.
It was an unfamiliar sensation, one that made her body tense instinctively. She had been watching the entire time, but now that Draven was looking directly at her, she suddenly felt as though she had become involved in something far more dangerous than she had expected.
Draven raised his right hand, the one holding the bow, and extended it toward her.
"Hey, why don't you hold this for a while? I'm gonna make that bastard shut the fuck up."
His tone was calm, almost casual.
But then his expression changed slightly.
The warmth disappeared from his voice, leaving behind something cold.
"And I suggest you not make any move if you don't want to die."
The vampire girl froze.
She looked at the bow Draven was offering her, then slowly raised her eyes toward his face.
For a moment, she didn't know what to say.
Draven simply waited for her to take it.
Behind them, the vampire boy was beginning to sit up.
His face twisted with fury as he stared at Draven.
"Brat! You dare hit me? I'm gonna make sure I kill you!"
He raised his arm.
Mana surged around him as he activated his blood magic once more.
This time, the red liquid didn't gather into a single spear.
Instead, several streams of blood appeared in the air, twisting and condensing into the shapes of swords.
One after another, the blood swords formed around him, their sharp edges gleaming under the light.
The vampire boy glared at Draven, his anger practically radiating from him.
Draven, meanwhile, began walking toward him.
His crimson eyes continued to glow as he approached, his expression cold and indifferent.
"You damn little prick I'm gonna make sure I shut that fucking mouth of yours."
The vampire boy stared at him for a moment.
Then he suddenly burst into laughter.
"Hahaha! Brat! You can't even use Mana! How the hell are you gonna shut me up?"
He raised his finger slightly, allowing the blood swords to hover around him.
In his eyes, Draven was nothing more than an arrogant mixed-blood who had gotten lucky with a single punch.
He refused to believe that someone who couldn't use Mana could pose any real threat to him.
Draven continued walking toward him without changing his pace.
"I just did it a while ago."
The vampire boy's laughter faded.
His expression darkened as he heard those words.
Then he scoffed.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, brat. I'll admit that was unexpected faster than I thought. But that was just a lucky blow. Let's see if you'll be able to do it again!"
With a sharp motion of his hands, he sent the blood swords flying toward Draven.
