Dark green fluid burst out from the wound and the creature let out a shrill, piercing screech.
"It has weak points!" Sylas shouted. "Joints and underside!"
The creature shrieked and reeled back.
"Joints and underside!" Sylas repeated again.
The creature's hardshell was the reason the group was finding it hard to take them down.
"Understood!" Gio, who was next to Sylas, responded immediately.
Wind gathered violently around Gio's arms, condensing into a thin and sharp blade.
As soon as the creature lunged at him, he aimed it at its jagged limbs.
Gio pivoted and sent the wind blade out.

Crack!
Dark green fluid sprayed as the creature's limb bent unnaturally.
"It works!" Gio called out.
"Don't force through the shell!" Major Kyle commanded. "Aim for the joints!"
Everyone heard Sylas and Major Kyle's words and immediately shifted their focus.
