The carriage arrived at the inn in Saling City, the city that belonged to one of the big clans of Khan Empire. The carriage attracted unnecessary attention because of how luxurious it was and especially the small banner that represented the Asghar family. Anastasha could easily remove the banner, but she wanted to keep it for a reason.
"Well, there are countless of things why I hate Khan Empire, but their food isn't one of them," Anastasha said as she walked out of the carriage and already felt the gazes pointed at her.
Rasmus, Aris, and Serena looked at their surroundings like they were some kind of unique species. Their facial features, their hair colors, and their heights were nothing like the people of Khan Empire. One thing that they noticed was that almost everyone had a weapon on them.
"Ignore them, they're vultures with shameless and sickening opportunistic tendencies..." Anastasha muttered as she walked past Rasmus and walked into the inn.
