CHAPTER 916
Bale and the officials stared at Grey with wide eyes. Incapable of making a sound as they looked at the destruction he had just done in the whole hall.
The two officials who lost their hands, gripped their bleeding stumps with a pained grimace trying their possible best to not let blood seep through their fingers.
Grey calmly drank from the goblet which was now half empty. He had a carefree look on his face despite the carnage he had just caused.
Blood flowed through the hall like a stream. Bodies torn apart, burnt and stabbed lay scattered across the room like leaves.
The whole place was silent except for the heavy breaths of the high ranking officials in the room, Bale's teeth grinding together and Grey's occasional sip of his drink.
Finally, the silence had already stretched for far too long and Bale couldn't take it anymore.
"How da—"
"— I have a question," Grey quickly cut the man off as he stared at the goblet in his hand.
