In the distance, a group of shirtless men appeared on the construction site. They hit people and smashed things indiscriminately until Tang Rao heard the commotion and came to stop the group of thugs.
"What are you up to?"
Instead of acting immediately, Tang Rao first asked about their background, wondering why he was able to hold his temper so well today.
"What are we up to? Brothers, this guy doesn't even know who we are but dares to build here. So tell me, should we collect some tribute money or just smash this place up?"
