The arrival of Director Ma and the others was timely; although the fire had broken out, it wasn't particularly large.
The three spent over ten minutes and finally managed to extinguish the last flicker of flame.
Just as they were leaving the company, two fire trucks arrived at the entrance.
This was the emergency call made earlier by Director Ma.
Firefighters got off the trucks and walked over, looking at the three covered in soot. Seeing their police uniforms, they came up and patted their shoulders: "Thank you, otherwise this fire might have caused significant damage."
Director Ma smiled and said, "You are the professionals. Go inside and see if there are any signs of rekindling."
No need for his reminder, the firefighters immediately went in to inspect.
