She quickly closed her eyes, wanting to act as if he wasn't there,
"I know you saw me."
She still kept quiet.
"I can come to you, if that's what you want."
She opened her eyes and sat up slowly. Luna looked at him.
"This is making me hate you more."
"Do I look like I give a shit?"
"Wow."
"You always force my hand, Luna."
"What?"
"I try to see you the nice way, but you keep on provoking me."
"Provoking you??? How?"
"You kiss him in front of me."
"He is the one who kissed me."

He seemed to be conflicted by her response,
"Your father and mother? Didn't they love each other?"

Now she saw that his parents were part of the problem,
"My father just needed an heir."
She came back from her thoughts and was surprised that he carried on to open up to her,
"So you don't know your mother?"
"I do know her."
"And?"
"She never cared, no matter what."
She could hear the pain in his voice.
"I'm sorry."
He looked at her, "Why would you be sorry?"
"I'm sympathizing with you."
"You don't have to. It's in the past."
"Maybe that is why you can't love."
"That has nothing to do with shit, I just don't have time for love nor do I want it."
"Be honest with yourself."
"I am Luna, I know myself more than you do."

He didn't say anything, and the minutes kept on stretching.
"Is there anything you need?"
"No, I feel at ease with you."
Her eyes widened. Well, she couldn't relate; he made her feel on edge.
"I can't say the same."
"You still feel the same way up until now."
She didn't feel the same, but the fear still lingered; he was dangerous and unpredictable.
"I mean, your mood changes, and I can never know what you are thinking."

"No Ace. I was just explaining to you why I still fear you."

She shivered at his words; they were menacing and chilling for some reason.
"Do I remind you of someone?"
"No, not at all."
"Maybe try find someone who looks like me, but is willing to be with you. Then you can move on."
"You think I haven't searched? Even if they look like you, they don't have the same effect as you do."
"What effect is that?"
"I can't explain, but it's not love."
Luna nodded; she didn't want him to love her, that would put him over the most unhinged edge, if he was already acting this way without it.
"I will take your word for it."
"Would my love scare you?"
