I had never rued the day I had met Connor more than I had right now. It had taken an hour for journalists and online tabloids to write up whatever ridiculous made up story of why Connor had liked Harper's picture. Some speculated it was because he and I had made peace therefore he was showing good faith, some said it was his stamp of approval, others made up that I had mentioned Harper to Connor which meant that things were in fact serious.
It seemed everyone was desperate for Connor and I to go back to whatever bro-romance they had believed we had and were happy that the bad blood was gone. Meanwhile in reality it was all because Connor was a bloody idiot who didn't know how to use Instagram or in fact any social media properly. His fingers were just too damn big to be discrete.
