The character went in and out of sleep numerous times, still blinded by the sheet on their head. He felt himself being wheeled in countless directions.
Finally, one of the times he woke up, he sat still in absolute silence. The prisoner felt the sheet getting yanked off of his head. This was to no avail because of the complete darkness.
Still constrained in a chair, he was able to freely turn his neck around, looking side to side, eyes wide open.
Wherever the captive was, the place was as dark here as it was when one closes their eyes at night in their bedroom when the lights are off.
A very deep voice began to speak, so deep, it was probably using a voice changer of some sort.
"There is not much time. We need to know what happened. Speak! Give us your account. "
There was an audible click and echo of a spotlight turning on. A bright disorienting light shined in his face.
"You must recall what happened from the start, from the beginning, if you even want a chance of making it out of here, Stelvin!"
