Orion's eyes narrowed. "That looks dangerous."
Revona regarded him evenly. "It is."
Then she stepped forward.
For the first time in the battle, Revona attacked with clear initiative. Her figure crossed the stage in strange silence. She was not fast in the explosive way Rakan moved, she was not elegant like Kaiden with his void steps, and she was not grand like Orion in his star movement.\
She moved as though distance had simply forgotten to resist her. Her right hand reached for Orion's chest, and the void gathered around her fingers carried the power to erase the star force inside his body before it could finish circulating.
Orion reacted instantly.
"Second Star Step."
A blue and white star flashed within his spine, and his body slid away along a diagonal like a comet changing orbit. Revona's fingers passed through the space where his chest had been, and the starlight afterimage he left behind winked out of existence at once.
