As the perspective pulls away, one can see that the former Ring Seal City has already been submerged by endless yellow sand.
Wave upon wave of yellow sand resembles the waves of the sea or a range of continuous mountains, under the darkened sky, the feeling of the apocalypse hits one right in the face.
In this world, there is no warmth to be felt anymore, only endless cold, and after standing here for a while, Leon's hands and feet began to feel icy.
The only things protruding from the yellow sand now are the tops of the tallest buildings once in Ring Seal City, but it's clear that they are filled with sand as well, holding no explorative value anymore.
There is only one exception, that is the shadowy outline of a city in the distance.
Although it doesn't look large, it stands out exceptionally in this sea of sand, like a natural road marker, seemingly saying "Come to me quickly".
