In the courtyard.
Jiang Ning had just stepped into his yard when he saw a girl in a simple white dress standing ahead.
The girl's figure was slight, appearing quite frail.
Yet, in the midst of winter, she wore summer attire, her long dress touching the ground, landing on the pristine snow.
"Master!" Su Qingying began.
"You came at the right time!" Jiang Ning smiled, then weighed the last package of snacks in his hand and said, "Pear Blossom Pastries!"
"Thank you, Master!" Su Qingying's originally calm face suddenly displayed a faint smile.
She took the snacks Jiang Ning handed to her, then slightly raised her head to look at Jiang Ning.
The newly risen sunlight just happened to shine from behind Jiang Ning, under the morning sun's backdrop, she saw Jiang Ning surrounded by a faint layer of golden light.
"Master... seems a bit different now!" Su Qingying said.
Jiang Ning nodded: "I received guidance from that person for several days, surely there would be some changes."
