The next day, after discussing with Ye Fan, Heather decided to take the initiative. The two left the Vampire Clan's Holy Temple and headed toward the Holy Clan's territory.
"Who's our next target?" Ye Fan asked.
"Mingde Saint Envoy!" Heather responded.
Ye Fan was immediately dumbfounded. Heather noticed something was off and asked him, "What's wrong?"
"How about we switch to a different target first?" Ye Fan suggested awkwardly.
"Why? If we want to kill the three Holy Envoys, we must start with Mingde Saint Envoy. By killing him, we can temporarily block the news and keep the other two in the dark before we strike them together!" Heather explained.
Ye Fan expressed that he really couldn't bring himself to do it. Although he had no personal connection to Mingde Saint Envoy, Scarlett had told him that the Holy Envoy was her father. Now that Scarlett was his woman, Mingde Saint Envoy was practically his father-in-law—or at least, a ready-made one.
