The next day, a messenger sent by Lorans arrived at the settlement to report on the situation at Lake Arkali.
"Do we have information about this Calamity-grade beast?" Bellator asked the messenger.
Shaking his head, the messenger cautiously responded. "Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to investigate the situation in Lake Arkali. When Lord Lorans heard the news, he immediately sent me here to ask for Lord Bellator's help in subduing the beast."
Bellator rubbed his chin. In the past few days, he had been relatively idle. Aside from his daily training, there was nothing much for him to do.
"Then I will take care of this matter. If we handle this properly, those scattered vassal tribes near the lake will definitely be grateful to our great army."
Bellator stood up and was about to make preparations when Alaric suddenly raised his hand. "Wait a moment."
