"As far as I know, the Cloud Guard are elites among Awakeners, their numbers range from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, look at these clouds above, many of them envelop their ships.
"Besides dealing with potential anomalies on the surface, they have a mission to protect the core regions underground."
