Chapter 1684: We Can't Leave Like This
Everyone knows that dancing with the lights on is permitted, but if a Black Light Dance Party is held, it is considered a rogue gathering at this time.
Initially, the Black Light Dance Party was merely to accommodate those shy of dancing, but some evolved into conducting indecent acts at these parties and were subsequently banned.
Participants of rogue parties are warned at best or detained at worst. Organizers and venue providers of Black Light Dance Parties face harsher penalties.
There once was a fashionable woman who, due to her love of socializing, often held gatherings and dances at her home. Her Black Light Dance Party and complicated relationships led to her arrest and implicated many others.
If Lu Feng's party were mistaken for a rogue gathering because of the blackout, everyone attending could be investigated.
