It took me a second to gather my bearings when I saw the sea of bodies in front of me. Yes, I went to fashion show after fashion show this week. I had gotten used to fashion fans and paparazzi but it was different knowing everyone was here to see me. That everyone was here to see how I would perform after one of the biggest PR events of the Milan fashion show week.
It took me a second to breathe but Rodney was there to quickly place his hand on my back which jolted me enough to put one foot in front of the other. The second I remembered what Milan was all about, I pushed the thoughts of what happened with Danilo to the back of my mind, the strange flood of emotions I felt whenever I looked at Benecio and the panic that at any moment I would be outed.
