"Boy get your head in the game or I'm benching you on Friday!" Coach loudly screamed from the sidelines as I yet missed another pass to the team's reciever. "Take five!"
Everyone seemed to be grateful for the break as we all physically deflated and crawled back to get a large cold refill of Gatorade. The whole morning had been filled with me miscommunicating drills, dropping the ball or even throwing it to the wrong person. My entire body feeling incredibly off that for a second I thought I was sick.
When coach said 'get your head in the game' I thought everyone was going to break out into song like in 'High School Musical' but no one did. High school and collage was very much just a lie.
