Kent became puzzled when Yama recognized him, even though Kent had absolutely no idea who this man was.
Normally, if one of his past incarnations was one of the few in line to be remembered, the moment he encountered someone or something connected to that life, the memories would return to him.
However, not only did he feel a strange familiarity with the Underworld, but Yama had even recognized him. That alone should have been enough to trigger his memories. Yet, as he stood there, not even a whisper of memory surfaced.
Yama furrowed his brow and removed his pirate hat.
"You don't remember, huh?" A small smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. "Perhaps that is for the best. After all, the Empress has only just returned. We wouldn't want you causing havoc here again."
"Cause havoc again?" Kent frowned. "Why would I do that?"
Yama chuckled and turned to Indie.
