BANG!!!...suddenly there was a shot that riped though the air and hit the ants pincer right in the joint riping the blade like appendage out.
alexandrove looked at the direction of the shot and saw a overly armed man with a rifle that looked like a mosin nagant from his previous world.

cursing under his breath the man dropped the rifle and pulled out his bayonet which was long and thick and rushed at the insect with inhuman speed, Alexandrove eyes could beraly keep up and the insect did the same.
the man was faster tho and stabed his bayonet into the ants neck following though and severing the head from the body in one fluid motion, the ant moved for half a meter before secuming to it's injurie.
the man looked at Alexandrove through his gas mask and just stated the obvious.
