Freya remained peacefully asleep on the bed, her breathing steady and calm. Little Eleanor was nestled comfortably on her mother's chest, using Freya's soft, full breasts as a warm, cushiony pillow. The baby occasionally made small, contented cooing noises in her sleep, looking utterly peaceful.
I gently stroked Julie's back with slow, soothing motions while holding her close. "We'll visit Jayden and her daughter as soon as Freya and Eleanor are settled at home," I said quietly. "I want everyone to feel welcomed properly. No one gets left out in this family."
The women around the room exchanged soft, understanding smiles. Haruna whispered to Yuko, "Our family is getting so big… I love it."
Stella, who had been quietly observing, smiled warmly. "It really does feel like we're building something special. More sisters, more love, more chaos… and I wouldn't have it any other way."
