Equan leaned back... Blood dripping from his right eye under the night sky... His medium length black dreaded twists flourishing magnificently before the crowd.
He wore an arrogant grin besides the fact of his terrible injuries...
However, the sight was the truth... Equan was currently winning this battle...
The announcer's voice was booming... The crowd was loosing control... Some of the spectators in the first and second rows even jumped over the railings into the arena...
'What the hell?' Equan could only glance around in horror at the reality of the situation...
He could hear the drums of battle beating within his own body... The sands below shaking and trembling as Chase met his match...
But it was no use...
As Equan could only look up in strange euphoria as the storm of Sawblades began to descend upon him and Lizzy... Devouring them in a riptide of destruction...
Blood flew from both sides as they met once again in the eye of the storm.
Equan summoned another sword of lightning, screaming with rage as sawblades began to eat him alive.
Lizzy herself had wide crazed eyes with two sawblades in each hand... Both shooting towards the throat of Equan with terrifying pressure.
Suddenly...
Equan felt a terrible dread built up within him...
One he had not felt since Olympia...
Lizzy roared as a sawblade tore her face open... Equan ducked underneath her sawblades... Slashing her thigh with his blade of energy.
She hurled over, clearly damaged heavily and unable to go any further...
And yet...

The reason why Equan had such a strong feeling of her...
The look in her eyes...
The scream of determination...
The roar of Conviction...
It was all so perfect...
In that moment...
When lightning struck...
Completely demolishing everything in the arena... Blue and radiant... It came down without the knowledge of Equan... Only feeling the thunder afterwards...

Equan leaned back against the wall... Blood dripping from his stomach...

He looked onward in horror as radical lasting whips and thorns of lightning remained... Shrouding the entire battlefield with his own form of decay...
Lizzy swayed back and forth... Mumbling about how she needed to see more...
But the thorn of lightning biting into her stomach said nothing of the sort...
Equan meanwhile, took a turn for the worst... Unable to stand he fell forward, but just as he did... Lizzy fell as well... But neither fully hit the ground... Catching themselves and locking eyes from the distance between them...
Pushing with all of their might... They stood once more, both trembling and ridden in blood... Both broken and battered.
"You- What a fight!" Lizzy leaned back with shaky laughter.
Equan chuckled, his breath growing ragged.
Then it happened...
Lizzy and Equan looked at the edge of the abyss... Watching in fear as Natalia hovered above the drop-off....
Equan felt horror overtake him as Chase's limp body hung from his ankle that was lazily held by Natalia's only usable arm... His face unmasked and bloodied by Natalia's might...
"NO! Wait!" Lizzy screamed, limping forward and stepping in front of Equan with imbalance.
However, Natalia was of no mood...
Her eyes glowed a violent indigo... Vibrant cosmic energy began to overtake the atmosphere...
"NATTY WAIT!" Lizzy pleaded, falling to her knees and looking up in horror as the full might of a Paladin was revealed to Seh Jenah...
Indigo strings of Natalia's gravitational affinity flowed and spun together like a web... Forming a shape resembling the fruit of life as she hovered at its center... Her bloody arm raising as blue energy overtook her...
"I- The Sword of Seh Jenah... Declare myself Victorious!" Natalia's elegant voice boomed with gratification.
Equan sighed, letting his head hang as the shockwave of energy twenty times more potent than the explosion of Equus, struck the entire battlefield... Destroying everything that bore matter...
