The Eight Talisman Lotus, the child of Yin and Yang within Nirvana, was already fully matured. On the surface, it appeared to be a black lotus. This was the utmost limit of one who sat atop the lotus. Black on the outside, white within. When the Evil Spirit grew strong, it would transform Yang into rigid might. Yin and Yang answered each other, yet remained extremely close. The other face of Yin Yang was Yang, and the other face of Yang was Yin. Thus, the interior of the Nirvana Eight Symbols Lotus also contained blazing Yang. Within it were contained two different forces: the extreme Yang and the essence of Yin, the transformations of Yin and Yang, life and death—so mysterious as to be beyond description.
