From within Elysia's magic circles, a completely black sphere emerges. I feel time magic — a dense, dangerous magic. The collapsed time inside the sphere gives off a pitch-black, gray-ridden tone.
From my own magic circle, a "slash" is fired. It is the [Chaos Blade of Perdition], a Doom Element spell that generates a massive red cut with the power to erase any form of Mana.
Our attacks collide almost instantly. But because her sphere is time magic rather than a Mana-based attack, my magic doesn't slice it in two. The collision releases so much energy that the color of the sky shifts entirely, as if Mana were an intense pigment staining the heavens a pale red with gray clouds.
In the end, my attack loses out. The time sphere remains stable, while my magic, which had far fewer circles behind it, loses stability and is destroyed.
