It was incredibly hard to fight against your own ability, and it felt insulting. Meanwhile, Mammon enjoyed seeing their furious expression. Kenneth attacked again, but Mammon simply raised his hand, and the metal froze in midair.
Kenneth's movement paused for a moment. He realized too late that he was distracted and that Mammon was taking advantage of his rage. Mammon appeared right in front of him and delivered a kick to his ribs. He heard his bones crack. Blood spilled from his mouth as his body flew sideways into a pillar.
The stone structure shattered instantly.
Mammon landed lightly nearby. "Physical types are truly troublesome," he sighed. "You refuse to stay down."
Kenneth slowly pushed himself up again. His ribs shifted back into place beneath his skin with sickening cracks.
Mammon watched with amusement. "…Interesting."
