Chapter 125 - Larrisa

She tossed and turned in bed. Emeralde covered her hand with her face but paused.

Where was the sun?

There was always a sun to wake her up.

She abruptly got out of bed.

This wasn't her room.

The room screamed masculine. Grey covers, dark wood furniture, and peppermint scent filled the air. Her room smelled like coconut and strawberry.

Her bed was always close to her window.

This one was far from it.

Then it clicked.

She was in Greyson's room.

How the hell did she end up in his room?

Her memories rushed back.

"He came to the set... then it rained. I got into his car, and I fell asleep," she gripped her hair. "I fell asleep. Why?" she said, pulling her hair.

Her feet felt the coldness of the floor.

"No wonder he's always arrogant", she muttered to herself.

She has to get out of here. She looked at herself and sighed. She had her clothes on.

She walked towards the door and twisted the handle.

Her gaze scanned the room. She didn't want to see his face this morning.

A voice filled her ears when the door was opened fully.

A woman's voice.

Emeralde furrowed her brows.

She slipped through the doorway, careful not to make a sound.

She heard the voice clearly once she got out of the room.

"I missed you. Did you miss me?"

"Larrisa. I can't breathe." Greyson said

Larrisa pulled herself away from Greyson.

"Tell me. Why haven't you been answering my calls?" she asked with her hands on her waist.

Greyson sighed sharply and massaged his temples.

"I've been busy."

"Busy? With what?" Larrisa moved closer to his face.

Greyson pushed her away.

"Ma'am, this way."

Emeralde flinched and looked behind her.

The maid smiled at her and gestured for her to go down the stairs.

Larrisa arched a brow when she looked at the stairs.

"I see what made you busy."

Greyson gave her a stern look.

Emeralde cleared her throat and offered the maid a strained smile.

"Great," she muttered

"Emy," Greyson said as he walked towards her.

Larrisa trailed behind him, grinning.

"Emy," she said.

"I'm Larrisa. Greyson's baby sister. You can call me Rissa. You must be his girlfriend, oh, I mean fiancée. The one he never shuts up about. You're so beautiful."

Greyson closed his eyes, and his jaw tightened.

Fiancee. The idea wasn't bad, but he's still not in Emy's good books.

He took a deep breath and looked at Emeralde.

"This is my sister, and she talks a lot.

Emeralde raised her brows and looked at both siblings.

"I didn't know you had a sister," Emeralde said.

Greyson released a breath he didn't know he was holding. She didn't correct Larrisa about the titles.

He bit his lips to hold his smile.

"A lot of people don't know about her."

Emeralde nodded at him while they locked eyes.

"Anyway," Larrisa said, pushing her brother to the other side. "I heard you weren't feeling well. I brought tons of fever medicines," she said as she held Emeralde's hand and walked her to the living room.

"My brother has dated a lot of women. I stopped counting recently. He called my mom and told her he was ready to settle down." Larrisa sat Emeralde down and sat at the edge of the sofa.

"I choked on my noodles. Then he kept talking about Emy, about you. Emy this, Emy that.

"That's enough, Larrisa," Greyson warned as he walked into the living room.

He walked towards his sister and pulled her up.

"Goodbye, Emeralde," Larrisa said.

Emeralde smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Larrisa."

"Call me, Rissa."
