Valeria, known as the Kingdom of Light... is divided into eight major districts. Though United under one Crown, each district developed its own Culture, Speciality, and Traditions.
Together, these Eight Districts formed the foundation upon which the kingdom stood.
DRAVENHOLD
It is renowned for producing the Kingdom strongest warriors and defenders. Many famous Knights, Generals, Royal Knights and Battle Champions originated from this district. Strength, discipline honor and loyalty are deeply valued among it's people.
To many citizens, the Dravenhold represent Valeria's shield.
EVERMERE
This district is the center of education, magical research and scholarly advancement. It's libraries contain centeries of accumulated knowledge, and it's institutions attract researches and intellectual from acrrous the kingdom.
Many of Valeria's greatest magical discoveries originated within it.
VAELCREST
It's known for Commerce, finance and trade. It's market's are among the busiest in the Kingdom, attracting merchant from every corner of Valeria and beyond.
The district prosperity makes it one of the wealthiest regions in the kingdom.
THORNVALE
It is renowned for its beast tamers and forest guardians. It's famous for it's connection to magical beasts and natural habitats.
Many of Valeria's strongest beast companions and guardian creatures originates from here.
MOONSHADE
This district is known for its beautiful and mysterious lakes and water. It is among one of the richest district who produced the best and finest jewelries across the kingdom.
Merfolk are said to live beneath the waters of Moonshade Lake whose depth remained largely unexplored.
ASTRELLIS (VALE) CAPITAL DISTRICT
It's the most respected district in the kingdom and the center of the kingdom's faith, prophecy and divine guidance. It is where Divine Arts, Oracles, Celestial Magic, Star-staint, Saintess, originated from.
The first prophecy appeared in here 3000 years ago. The greatest Healers and Star-Saint all come from Astrellis.
ARKANIS
They are well known for its innovations, Teleportation arts, Weapon technology, Arcane Engineering and so on. The district pioneered many of Valeria's teleportation networks, transportation systems, communication devices and defensive structures. It's inventors and engineers are considered some of the most brilliant minds in the kingdom.
BLACKTHORN
This is the kingdom's labor district. It's vast farmlands feed the population, while it mine provides valuable Ores, Crystal and resources used throughout Valeria. Much of the kingdom's raw materials originates from this district.
Despite it's immense contributions, the district remains the least respected among the eight districts.
Yet, Valeria true strength did not lay within it's lands. It lay within it people.
For Valeria was a kingdom where extraordinary Gifts were as common as breathing.
From the moment a child was born, families eagerly awaited the day their Ember would awaken. Once it did, the child would manifest a unique Gift. Some commanded the elements, others manipulated shadows, healed wounds, or possessed abilities beyond imagination.
The strength of one's Ember often determined one's future, social standing, and influence within society. Because of this, power became the measure by which many judged worth.
The gifted stood above the ungifted.
The wealthy stood above the poor.
And the noble stood above they all.
Although laws proclaimed equality among citizens, reality was far less kind. Hidden division existed beneath the surface.
Ordinary humans who never awakened Ember often found themselves overlooked, the value measured far below that of the gifted. Many became laborers, Servants, Craftsmen, Farmers and workers whose efforts sustained the kingdom but rarely earned it respect.
To posses power was to posses opportunity. To lack it was to fight for every scrap of recognition.
Valeria is a kingdom of wonders and miracles. A kingdom unaware that another age of ruin had already begun.
