Robbin hesitated for a few seconds, then pressed the dial button.
The phone rang three times, then connected.
"Hello?" A man's voice came from the other end, with a heavy Lebanese accent.
"It's me." Robbin said.
The person on the other end paused for a second: "Robbin?"
"Yes."
"What's the matter?"
"There's a job." Robbin said: "Need to find someone to do it."
"What target?"
"A Lord Dong. His name is Song Heping. Currently in Washington."
The person on the other end paused again for a few seconds.
"Song Heping?" he repeated: "That Song Heping? The 'Musician' defense boss?"
Robbin asked vigilantly: "You know him?"
"Didn't know before, but these past few days... who in the business doesn't know him now?" The voice on the other end changed: "You want to kill him?"
"Yes."
"What's the budget?"
"Two million."
The phone went silent on the other end.
Robbin waited.
Five seconds.
Ten seconds.
Fifteen seconds.
"Hello?"
Robbin thought the signal had a problem.
