"Edible?" The commander's expression changed slightly, as did those of the others nearby.
"Yes, demigod creatures possess incredibly potent energy in their flesh and blood."
The Yefan Sword had not completely absorbed all the demigod's blood. It had only absorbed the purest essence, leaving the rest behind.
While the essence was the most valuable, even the remaining blood held significant energy.
"But be sure to dilute the demigod's blood first. Otherwise, you won't be able to handle its potency," Yefan warned.

The soldiers guarding the city gates spotted Yefan descending like a fiery meteor, and their eyes widened in shock. They raised their guns instinctively.
They couldn't make out his form clearly, only seeing a massive ball of fire.

Panicked, thinking it was an invasion by foreign creatures, they opened fire.
The gunfire continued until the flames surrounding Yefan began to dissipate, revealing his figure.
Bullets that struck Yefan's body bounced off as if hitting solid steel.
