Minos Floating City, Core Tower,
This is where the concentration of magical power is highest in the Floating City, where the dense magic is transformed into colorless ribbons, swirling around the pillars of this room.
Meanwhile, Magic Intelligent Life Minos constantly monitors the entire Core Tower, enveloping the whole tower in the bright glow of magic power, preventing any corner from falling into shadow.
Ever since Stephens first encountered that mysterious shadow in Jonas City, the second Councilman has caught a glimpse of it several times afterward.
Unfortunately, as before, Stephens still couldn't leave behind even a trace of the shadow.
It vanished without a trace, not even leaving a hint of its presence.
It's important to realize that Stephens is a Great Arcanist, standing at the pinnacle of mages in Gaia World, with countless means at his disposal.
Yet, in the brief encounters, none of the countless methods Stephens employed had any effect on the shadow.
