Immediately, a gleam appeared in Chen Ku's eyes.

A magnificent Buddhist chant suddenly emerged between heaven and earth:
"If I attain Buddhahood, and there are any hell beings, hungry ghosts, or animals in my land, I will not take the true enlightenment..."
...
"If I attain Buddhahood, and sentient beings from the ten directions sincerely believe and wish to be born in my land, even up to ten thoughts, if they are not born, I will not take the true enlightenment. Except for those who commit the five heinous crimes and slander the true Dharma..."
Accompanied by this Buddhist sound, Chen Ku seemed to see the entire Buddha Emperor's Heaven and Earth 'coming alive', with millions of gigantic Buddhas reciting scriptures.
