Ye Xiu had already noticed Sun Shixin following him but had simply ignored it.
In the courtyard, Qin Qing and the others heard Ye Xiu muttering to himself. "Who's courting death?" she asked.
"You'll know very soon!" Ye Xiu smiled slightly. "Chloe, bring over the two men who were chasing the Blood Demon." With that, he entered the villa.
Qin Qing and the others were baffled. They didn't understand why Ye Xiu, having just returned, would immediately want to see those two men. What's the use of meeting them if they can't speak the same language?
Nevertheless, Chloe obeyed the order and brought the two men to the villa.
Upon seeing Ye Xiu, the two men from the Snow Region Forest grew furious. One of them launched into a rant, shouting at Ye Xiu in a fluent torrent of gibberish.
