"Spill it. How do you want to settle this privately?" Ye Xiu asked mockingly, looking at the young man.
"Settle privately? Dream on!" the young man sneered and gave the driver a look. They both turned to head back to the Mercedes. He figured that once he left, his family would handle it even if Ye Xiu reported it to the authorities. Since Kristina wasn't around to see it, he wouldn't lose face.
"You think you can just hit my car and walk away?" Ye Xiu hurried forward and clamped a hand on the young man's right shoulder.
The young man spun around and said coldly, "Kid, don't push your luck. Piss me off, and you'll regret it."

Ye Xiu sent the young man sprawling face-first with a single slap. "Cut the crap and pay up!"
The young man lay on the ground, his head buzzing. He wished he could find a hole to crawl into, desperate for Kristina not to see this.
