Ye Qiu walked to the girls' dormitory where Wen Xin lived, and when he knocked on the door, Wen Xin knew it was Ye Qiu.
When she opened the door and saw Ye Qiu come in, she hugged him.
"Did you just come from seeing a patient?"
"An elderly person had acute heart failure, almost didn't make it."
Pulling Ye Qiu to sit down beside her, Ye Qiu could still see that she was very tired.
"Were you just getting off work this morning?"
Head nurses usually don't work night shifts; those are left to the intern nurses and some of the regular nurses.
"Shift change at six-thirty."
Wen Xin still felt very tired; it was only a bit past eight now.
"Then you should sleep first."
"What about you?"
"I originally wanted to see you and then head back, but I'll stay now."
Now that Ye Qiu had finished his exams, he didn't have much else to do for the time being.
Wen Xin pulled Ye Qiu up to the bed after taking off his clothes.
When they both woke up again, it was already afternoon.
