The other bats also sang their king's praises, not believing a word the old bat said, which left it feeling frustrated and helpless. It decided to leave the island. With its experience, it knew Wu Tian would sooner or later come for them. It was very old and no longer capable of fighting; it certainly didn't wish to die.

The bats scattered to search the secluded island, looking for any man who might have landed. Normally, only nuns resided on the island; where would a man come from?
