It was disgusting to hear the old hag address her in a friendly manner.
But Lee Sarang was aware that Song Heejin was getting on her nerves on purpose, and that helped her stay calm.
To be fair, what really helped her control her temper was when she separated the Ice Queen from her. She sent her alter-ego to Moon Noa not just to help the S-Class Guide, but to also keep 'her' away from her physical body.
