"Outcome? What outcome?" Xiao Chenfeng asked, her beautiful eyes fixed on Lin Kuang. There was a hint of embarrassed anger in them, yet her expression remained unchanged, which surprised Lin Kuang.
"Well, uh... it's nothing much. I just... I saw who you really were. That you're a woman," Lin Kuang said, looking at her awkwardly.
Upon hearing this, Xiao Chenfeng glared at him fiercely and snapped, "You bastard!"
"Hey, I didn't do it on purpose! I was just healing you. How was I supposed to know you were a woman? I thought you were injured on your chest!" Lin Kuang said defensively, looking utterly aggrieved.
He really hadn't done it on purpose. If he had known Xiao Chenfeng was a woman, he would never have looked there! He truly had no idea!
Seeing Lin Kuang's aggrieved expression, Xiao Chenfeng couldn't help but bite her lip. Her beautiful eyes stared at him, a conflicted, flickering light within them.
