"It was really nice having you," Caroline said as Trevor calmly wore the clothes that had been prepared for him in advance.
They had spent the whole day talking about various topics.
It was truly blissful. Caroline didn't really want him to go now. She loved the feeling of being coddled on his chest, the discussions, the laughter. Everything just seemed perfect, until time found its way to slip by so quickly.
"Yeah, I'll keep coming around throughout next week," Trevor said with a smile, as though he was trying to console her.
He was actually planning to take his magic and combat training to the next level in the coming week.
After all, he would be going for the guild selection stuff by the end of the week, and he still had a lot of things to do in preparation.
Caroline only nodded slightly to his words as she watched him walk away.
"Wait," Caroline called out all of a sudden, as though she had just remembered something.
