[Argus City]

Still lying on her back on the kitchen floor, Kirio stared with wide eyes at the large canine cock resting heavily between her breasts. It was thick, veiny, and the knot at its base already looked slightly swollen. She swallowed hard, her throat suddenly feeling dry as she watched the shaft give small throbs against her skin.

A tingling sensation ran through her stomach and quickly traveled between her legs, reaching her pussy, which was still wet and sensitive from her recent orgasm.

"God..." she thought, noticing her breathing begin to quicken.

She couldn't remember the last time she had been this turned on.

"Am I really this desperate? Has it really been that long?" she wondered, unable to take her eyes off the wolf's cock.

With every breath, her breasts rose and fell gently, causing the hot length to brush against her skin again and again in small, tempting movements.

However, she wasn't able to simply stare for very long.

"Unf! Unf!"

The wolf let out small, needy whines as he moved his hips with obvious impatience, rubbing his cock between her breasts.

"Are you needy too?" Kirio asked curiously.

It didn't take her long to understand what was happening. Judging by how hard his cock was and the restless way he kept moving his hips, it was obvious that the wolf needed some 'relief'. And Kirio, being the kind-hearted person she was, was naturally going to help him.

Naturally, the fact that she was unbelievably horny had absolutely nothing to do with her decision.

Or at least, that's what she preferred to believe.

Without wasting any more time, she brought her hands to the sides of her breasts and firmly squeezed them around the wolf's large, hot cock. The soft, warm flesh wrapped completely around the veiny shaft, forming a tight, welcoming tunnel along its entire length.

The new sensation caught the wolf by surprise. His whines died down almost immediately, and he lowered his head, meeting the almost maternal smile Kirio offered him.

"Is that better?" she asked in a soft, slightly seductive voice.

As she spoke, she slowly began moving her breasts up and down along the entire length of his cock, massaging it with steady, controlled motions.

Kirio knew she was doing it right when she felt the wolf's body tense and heard him let out small growls of obvious satisfaction.

"Grrr... unh... rrr..."

His reactions only encouraged her further, finding a strange, perverse satisfaction in maintaining control over such a large and powerful animal.

She squeezed her breasts a little tighter and began moving them with greater enthusiasm, watching the thick cock slide between them again and again, faster and faster thanks to the pre-cum that had begun dripping abundantly down her cleavage.

The warm fluid eased the motion and left small glistening trails across her skin.

Kirio found herself almost hypnotized by the sight of the wolf's cockhead disappearing into and emerging from the deep valley of her breasts. The slightly tapered tip appeared and vanished between the soft flesh of her tits with every movement.

However, it seemed that the massage wasn't enough, because the wolf soon began moving his hips on his own, with little delicacy and a rather obvious impatience.

"What an impatient boy," Kirio purred, not sounding truly bothered.

On the contrary, she squeezed her breasts more tightly around his length, creating even more friction while the wolf did the hard work.

She watched in fascination as the head of his cock appeared and disappeared between her breasts, the wolf's hips moving faster and faster.

He was practically fucking her tits.

"Plap... plap... plap..."

The swollen knot repeatedly struck the underside of her breasts with every thrust, making them bounce forcefully.

Kirio panted as she felt her own body beginning to move to the rhythm imposed by the wolf. But her attention was elsewhere. The tip of his cock came so close that the stronger thrusts ended with it brushing against her chin.

Small droplets of pre-cum splattered outward, landing on her face and lips.

"Come on... come on... don't hold back," she encouraged him in a husky voice. "That's it... keep going..."

As she spoke, her warm breath fell directly onto the tip of the wolf's cock. It was close. Extremely close. So close that she could almost feel the tip brushing against her lips.

All she would have had to do was lean forward a little. Just a little. And that massive cock would have ended up between her lips.

With every passing thought, her breathing grew heavier. The wolf's thrusts between her breasts became stronger, and the distance between the tip and her mouth seemed to shrink even further.

Kirio swallowed hard.

"I've already crossed one line," she thought. "What difference would it make to cross another?"

Without realizing it, she slightly stuck out her tongue, ready to close the short distance that still separated them.

But she never got the chance.

One particularly powerful thrust was followed by a deep, guttural growl from the wolf.

And then he came.

Thick, hot jets of semen sprayed across Kirio, splashing between her breasts, across her neck, and directly onto her face. She reflexively shut her eyes when she felt the hot fluid strike her skin. She didn't manage to close her mouth in time. Some droplets reached her lips and tongue.

Kirio remained motionless for several seconds while the wolf continued climaxing over her, burst after burst, until he finally finished.

Only then did the wolf pull away.

Kirio remained lying on the kitchen floor, breathing slowly as she tried to process everything that had happened. She could feel the salty, musky taste slowly seeping between her lips. Out of pure curiosity, she ran her tongue across them and tasted it.

It was salty, slightly bitter, and carried a distinctly musky flavor.

She made a small face. Honestly, she'd been expecting something worse.

She remained that way for several minutes, staring at the ceiling while trying to sort through her thoughts. She lay there a while longer before finally deciding to get up. When she eventually sat up and looked around, she discovered that the wolf was already gone.

Curiously, that didn't surprise her very much.

And as she finished cleaning the remnants of semen from her body, she couldn't shake the feeling that this probably wouldn't be the last time she saw the wolf.

[Several Hours Later]

"Are you accusing me of something?" Daniel asked through his Scroll, sounding slightly annoyed.

"I didn't accuse you of anything!" Weiss shot back from the other end of the line. "I just asked if you knew anything about the mutant wolf in Argus."

Daniel shook his head in disappointment.

"I don't understand why you'd even ask me that."

Weiss clenched her teeth and took a deep breath to keep herself from snapping.

"Because, besides my sister and me, you're the only person who knows about magnetic glyphs. The same glyphs the wolf used," she pointed out.

"Are you accusing me of genetically modifying a wolf and teaching it how to create glyphs?" Daniel asked in an offended tone.

Weiss narrowed her eyes.

"I didn't say anything about genetically modifying a wolf-"

"Well, that's good," he interrupted. "Because I'd be deeply offended if you thought that, in an attempt to create a new race of enhanced humans, several of my test animals escaped and are now roaming the world."

An awkward silence settled over the call.

"It was you, wasn't it?"

Daniel wiped away an imaginary tear.

"You know, Weiss, after everything I've done for Atlas, you'd think you'd have a little more faith in me..."

To her credit, Weiss felt a little guilty.

"Besides..." he continued. "I'm still on the Bullhead heading to Vale. How would I even have the time to do something like that? It's not as if I built some experimental super-fast but highly unstable aircraft that would let me move all over the kingdom."

Weiss no longer felt guilty.

"JUST ADMIT IT! THIS IS SERIOUS!"

"I am being serious. Ah... hold on a second."

"BACK, BEASTS!" Daniel suddenly shouted, accompanied by roars and animal noises in the background. "I GAVE YOU LIFE, AND I CAN TAKE IT AWAY! GET BACK, I SAID!"

Several very long seconds passed during which Weiss sincerely hoped this was all a joke.

Finally, Daniel's voice returned.

"Anyway, Weiss, there's a lot of turbulence on the Bullhead right now. I'm going to hang up and wait for your apology whenever you're ready."

"Beep."

With those final words, the call abruptly ended.

Weiss slowly lowered her Scroll, took a deep breath, and turned to face her sister Winter and General Ironwood, who had patiently waited for her to finish the conversation.

When they saw her put away the Scroll, Winter was the first to speak.

"And what did he tell you? Does he know anything about the mutated animals or the explosion outside Argus?"

Weiss hesitated for a moment.

Then she forced the best smile she could manage.

"He really doesn't know anything about the animals or the explosion," she replied. "Although he is very interested in how it's even possible for a wolf to possess the intelligence necessary to create a glyph."

She tried to keep smiling naturally.

She didn't use her business smile. If she did, Winter would immediately know she was lying. So she attempted to improvise a genuine smile instead.

The result was terrible.

Her expression ended up looking more desperate than reassuring, and the sweat beginning to run down her forehead wasn't helping in the slightest.

Winter and the General exchanged a brief, suspicious glance, both convinced that she was hiding something.

Without saying a word, they practically reached the same conclusion.

Later, they would launch an investigation of their own.

Meanwhile, Daniel, sitting in a hotel room, lowered the whip he had been holding and switched off the recording of animal noises he had prepared in advance for Weiss's inevitable call.

He didn't really have a good reason for doing it beyond how funny it would be to confuse her. Though, if he was being honest, there was a fairly high chance she would end up reporting him to the General and sending people after him.

"Hahaha..."

But he didn't care.

It had been hilarious.

It took him several seconds to stop laughing. Once he had regained his composure, he cast an illusion over himself, once again assuming his faunus identity.

It was time to go pick up Aegis.

—/—

[Argus Academy - Training Hall]

In the middle of the combat arena, Pyrrha moved with remarkable agility. Her body flowed from one technique to another without pause. She executed low sweeps, spun swiftly, and threw precise strikes at the air while sweat ran down her forehead.

She was completely exhausted.

She hadn't slept all night, determined to follow Aegis's advice, and despite the mounting fatigue, she had never felt more alive.

Kicks and punches flowed together in seamless succession against an imaginary opponent.

"Don't lose focus," Aegis said from a chair, watching her drift into her thoughts from time to time. "Keep your guard up. Don't neglect your defense just because you're attacking."

Pyrrha did her best to refocus.

Every movement had to be precise, with no wasted energy. Every dodge, every strike, and every shift in stance had to flow together in perfect harmony.

Something that shouldn't have been possible.

And yet, somehow, Aegis had managed to teach her exactly that.

He was definitely a good instructor.

Pyrrha finished her sequence with a high kick before returning to her starting stance, breathing heavily.

"Clap, clap, clap."

A few light applauses echoed through the room.

"Congratulations," Aegis said. "You now know the basics."

Pyrrha was extremely curious about what the advanced techniques looked like, but she simply nodded gratefully.

"Thank you."

"You can rest now."

Those words were a gift to Pyrrha's ears. She immediately dropped to her knees, feeling her entire body begin to suffer the consequences of the training.

"Hahah."

Aegis chuckled softly, pleased to have someone talented to train.

"You lasted longer than expected. That makes you the second-best disciple I've ever had."

"ARE MY EARS DECEIVING ME?!"

A booming voice echoed through the hallways.

The identity of its owner wasn't exactly a mystery to anyone present.

Daniel soon appeared around one corner of the arena with a scandalized expression on his face.

"Did you just call me your best disciple?"

"No."

Aegis's response was immediate.

"You're third. And only because I've had three."

Daniel looked genuinely shocked.

"Who's supposed to be first?"

"It's Sadako."

"That's not fair!" he complained. "I'm sure I could beat both of them."

Aegis shook his head, clearly disappointed.

"You'd win through brute force, but not through skill. You barely know how to throw a few kicks and punches. Your technique is a disgrace." He paused briefly before continuing. "And if anyone asks, never tell them I was the one who trained you."

Daniel placed a hand over his chest.

"Now that one hurt."

On the floor, Pyrrha blinked in surprise as she looked at Daniel.

"You... train?" she asked with genuine curiosity.

Daniel nodded with a mixture of pride and arrogance.

"I do."

"Do you have Aura?"

"Pfft. Aura?" He let out a dismissive snort. "That thing is for idiots. I've got these babies instead," he said, flexing his arms and showing off his muscles with obvious pride.

"What he's trying to say," Aegis interrupted, amused, "is that he doesn't have enough skill to externalize his Aura. Hahaha."

Pyrrha let out a small laugh, though she suppressed it almost immediately when Daniel shot her an annoyed look.

Fortunately for her, it didn't last long.

A moment later, he walked over and offered her a hand. Pyrrha accepted it gratefully and got to her feet with some difficulty due to her exhaustion.

"This place is really empty," Daniel commented as he looked around, noticing the complete absence of people.

"Argus Academy is closed for vacation, just like the training arenas," Pyrrha explained.

"And you have access to the facilities? Why?"

The answer caught in Pyrrha's throat. She wasn't sure how to respond without sounding conceited.

A slow smile spread across Daniel's face. "Don't tell me the great Pyrrha Nikos, three-time champion and wolf slayer, gets special access to the facilities unlike the rest of us mere mortals."

Pyrrha blushed slightly, unable to deny it.

The truth was that she had never asked for special treatment, but she had never refused it either when it was offered. She needed a place to train, and using normal gyms attracted far too much attention. Besides, she couldn't afford a private arena.

Unable to come up with a satisfactory answer, she decided to change the subject.

"How did you get in?" she asked, certain that the facilities were locked and that nobody could enter without an authorized keycard.

"The real question here is how you managed to find us," Aegis added, convinced he wouldn't be seeing Daniel again for at least a week.

Hopefully.

Daniel rolled his eyes.

"First of all, security here sucks. And second, I don't need directions to find you when I've got this."

He pointed at his nose.

He had tracked them by scent, a task infinitely easier for him than following a map or asking for directions.

Pyrrha scratched the back of her head slightly.

"Is that... a Faunus thing?" she asked.

She had heard that some Faunus possessed sharper senses than humans, such as enhanced vision or the ability to see in the dark, but she had never heard of one capable of tracking people by scent.

"That's racist!" Daniel said, pointing an accusing finger at her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know..." she immediately tried to apologize.

"Ha!, it's a joke." Daniel let out a brief laugh and waved a hand dismissively. "I don't really care."

"Anyway, are you guys hungry? Because I'm starving. A night of crimes against basic decency really works up an appetite."

"We did not need to know that," Aegis replied with obvious disgust.

Despite Daniel's highly inappropriate comment, Pyrrha's stomach responded with a loud growl.

She placed a hand over her abdomen, slightly embarrassed. She had been so focused on training that she hadn't even realized how hungry she was.

Daniel smiled in satisfaction when he heard the noise.

"I'll take that as a yes."

It didn't take them long to leave the academy and walk to a nearby restaurant.

Daniel grabbed a menu the moment he sat down.

"I want two of everything..."

The waiter blinked in confusion as Daniel kept pointing at items without stopping.

"Fries, onion rings, ribs, and wings. Two pitchers of beer. And don't skimp on the sauce, or we're going to have a problem," he warned the waiter while raising a fist threateningly.

Once he was finished, he lowered the menu and looked at Pyrrha.

"And are you going to order anything?"

"Hahaha..."

Pyrrha couldn't help laughing, but her laughter gradually died away when she realized he wasn't laughing at all.

"Wait... you're serious? You're actually going to eat all that?"

"I don't see why not," Daniel replied casually.

"I'll just have the chicken," Pyrrha ordered, unsure how to argue against such flawless logic.

The waiter quickly wrote everything down and hurried away before Daniel decided to order even more.

As they waited for the food, Pyrrha hoped some interesting conversation would naturally emerge. Instead, a rather awkward silence settled between them.

Daniel didn't seem to notice, completely focused on the notebook he was writing in.

"So... are you planning on staying in Argus for long?" she finally asked, trying to make conversation.

He shook his head.

"Not really. Just a few days. I'll rob the museum, then leave if I don't find anything more interesting."

Pyrrha nodded, not entirely sure why he was still committed to the museum robbery story.

She tried to think of another topic. It had been quite a long time since she had been the one responsible for keeping a conversation going.

"Still planning the heist?" she asked, pointing at the notebook.

Daniel shook his head again and handed it to her.

"No. That plan's already finished."

Pyrrha looked through the contents curiously and found a long list.

"Create a global monopoly that controls an entire industry. Become the richest person who has ever lived. Solve all the world's problems. Eliminate all the Grimm. Become king of the world..."

"I don't get it... What's this supposed to be?" she asked, confused.

"It's a list of dreams, goals, life purposes, whatever you want to call them. Things I could try to accomplish."

"And you think you could achieve any of these?"

Daniel took the notebook back.

"I'm sure I could. But none of them interest me. None of them feel like a purpose I'd actually want to pursue."

Pyrrha looked over the list once more. She couldn't quite understand how ruling the world could be considered an uninteresting goal, but she did understand what he was trying to say.

He wasn't looking for an impressive goal, but for something that would give him a genuine sense of fulfillment, an objective that truly felt like his own.

"I think you're idealizing it too much," she said, immediately catching his attention.

"What?" Daniel asked, raising an eyebrow.

Pyrrha hurried to explain herself. She didn't want to sound rude or give the impression that she was mocking his goals, unrealistic as some of them might seem.

"I mean... we tend to think that life has to lead us toward some great goal, a specific dream, or some kind of extraordinary fulfillment."

Daniel remained silent, listening.

"But what if the purpose of life isn't to fulfill dreams? Dreams can provide direction, motivation, and meaning, but they aren't life itself. They're only one part of it."

Pyrrha paused briefly, organizing her thoughts.

"If we tie our happiness to achieving a specific goal, we risk spending years chasing something that, once attained, may not make us feel as fulfilled as we imagined."

She lowered her gaze for a moment.

"Maybe the purpose isn't reaching a destination, but experiencing the journey. Learning, making mistakes, forming connections, losing things, discovering new ones, changing your mind, and growing as a person..."

"In other words, our purpose is to live..."

Pyrrha thought she had probably talked too much.

However, a glance at Daniel revealed that he was gesturing for her to continue.

Feeling a bit more confident, Pyrrha took a deep breath before going on.

"Not every life needs a grand mission to have value. Sometimes, simply existing, feeling, loving, suffering, and continuing forward is already enough."

"Dreams can enrich our experience, but they shouldn't become the measure of our worth or the sole justification for our existence."

She looked up and met his gaze.

"In the end, the purpose of life might not be fulfilling a dream, but living it fully, with all the good and bad that entails."

Daniel nodded several times before giving her a light round of applause.

Pyrrha took a sip of water, feeling slightly embarrassed by how much she had spoken.

"Such beautiful words," he complimented her. "You almost convinced me to take my clothes off right here."

Pyrrha spat out the water she was drinking and immediately began coughing in surprise.

"That was not my intention!" she protested at once.

"Are you sure?" Daniel asked. "Because I could've sworn you were making love to me with your eyes. But that's fine, I'll pretend I believe you."

Pyrrha opened her mouth to respond, but he continued before she had the chance.

"Though that still doesn't solve my problem. I still need to find something to do."

At that moment, the food arrived.

Plate after plate covered the table until most of the surface had disappeared beneath the mountain of food. Daniel barely spared it a glance.

"Life isn't just about accomplishing dreams. I get the point. But goals organize our actions. They help us decide what sacrifices to make, what's worth pursuing, which opportunities to take, and which path to follow."

He pointed at the notebook still lying on the table.

"Without some kind of objective, it's easy to feel stuck, because there's no clear standard to guide your decisions...."

"That's why I keep coming back to the same problem."

Having said that, and apparently unwilling to dive any deeper into a philosophical debate about the meaning of life, he grabbed a plate, lifted it, and dumped the entire contents into his mouth in a single motion.

Then he did the same with the next one.

And the next.

Pyrrha, stunned by how much he was capable of eating, hurried to start on her own meal, certain that if she got too distracted, Daniel would end up devouring her lunch as well.

It didn't take them too long to finish eating, though Daniel somehow looked just as hungry as when he'd started.

"Is your goal to be a tournament competitor?" he asked, breaking the silence.

Pyrrha didn't need to think long about her answer.

"That's not my goal. I'm going to be a Huntress."

"Are you sure?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Tournament competitors have it way easier. They don't fight Grimm, and they get a lot more attention than Huntresses."

Pyrrha nodded firmly.

Competing had started as something fun, a way to train at which she'd turned out to be very good. Maybe too good.

The fame had gone far beyond anything she had ever wanted.

Even so, her goal of becoming a Huntress had never changed, and although she was going to compete in the next tournament, that would undoubtedly be her last one before heading to Beacon.

Not wanting to get into that many details, she decided to change the subject.

"What's the last thing you genuinely enjoyed?"

Daniel blinked in confusion.

"Why such a random question?"

"Maybe instead of making a list of impressive goals, you should make a list of things you like. You'll probably find what you want to do somewhere in there."

Daniel fell silent, trying to remember the last time something had truly entertained him.

Then he remembered.

"I laughed my ass off when the wolf dragged you through the city," he replied with a genuine smile.

Pyrrha sighed and pressed a hand to her face. She had really been hoping for a slightly more serious answer.

"So... what, you want to fuck with the world?"

Daniel opened his mouth to answer, but stopped.

The question had been a joke, but the more he considered it, the more sense it seemed to make.

Little by little, his eyes began to light up, as if he'd just discovered something important.

"I think I do..."

"Huh?"

Pyrrha looked up, confused.

"What I said was a joke-"

"No, no, no," he cut her off, abruptly jumping to his feet. "You're right! I think that's exactly what I want!"

"And I'm really good at it too!" He looked down at his hands with renewed enthusiasm.

"I need to make the world a little more exciting! Confuse it, amaze it, give it a breakmind !"

"Maybe you should calm down and think this through," Pyrrha tried to reason, watching him head down what looked like a very dangerous path.

Daniel didn't listen.

With a leap, he climbed onto the table.

"The world won't know what hit it!" he proclaimed, throwing his arms into the air. "Why do I have to be the only confused person in this world?! The whole world should be just as lost as I am!"

His shouting, combined with the fact that he was standing on top of a table, quickly drew the attention of the other customers.

"I don't think you understood me-" Pyrrha tried to say.

"THANK YOU, PYRRHA!" Daniel shouted even louder.

That attracted even more attention.

Several people recognized Pyrrha's name and soon noticed that, yes, beneath the hood was none other than the incomparable Pyrrha Nikos.

"You helped me find my purpose, and I'll remember this favor!"

With those words, he jumped down from the table and took off running. To everyone's confusion, he leaped straight through the window, even though the door was open right beside it.

Pyrrha stared at the spot where he'd escaped, but she didn't have time to follow him because, at that exact moment, several people began crowding around her.

"Noooo!" she groaned.

And, to make matters worse, the waiter was already approaching with the bill, including everything Daniel had eaten without paying.

Again.

[Unknown Location]

Out in the middle of the ocean, between the continents of Mistral and Anima, a massive movement was underway.

It was not an animal migration.

It was Grimm.

An immense number of aquatic Grimm cut through the waters, while dozens of flying creatures maintained formation overhead. Every single one of them was moving in the same direction.

Toward Mistral.

More specifically, toward the city of Argus.

They had all been drawn by Daniel's aura of terror, which had flared up like a beacon, far more intense than ordinary negative emotions.

As enormous as the number of Grimm was, they weren't even the real problem.

Behind the horde came something far worse.

An ancient Grimm creature known as a Leviathan, one whose sightings had not been recorded in decades, moved slowly behind the lesser Grimm, following the same call that had drawn them in.

Its massive movements churned the ocean in its wake, leaving a visible trail even from great distances.

At the pace they were advancing, the horde would reach Argus in less than two days.
