The Eldest madam looked very displeased. Having been swindled out of one thousand taels of silver today, the money was a minor issue, but mainly the reputation of the Gu Family was lost.
"For now, don't tell the Old Master about this matter. The Old Master is still sick, let's not add to his worries." The Eldest madam, although troubled, did not forget to instruct the servants.
"Yes, Eldest madam."
All the servants answered in unison.
"Eldest madam, let's go back; you must be tired!" Although the Old Maid had been hit and coughed up blood, she still cared a lot about the Master.
The Eldest madam glanced at her and said, "You're injured, go see a doctor!"
The Old Maid responded emotionally, "Thank you for your concern, madam."
"Hmm, let's go back!" The Eldest madam turned and walked into the mansion.
The crowd gathered at the door dispersed as there was no more excitement to watch; it was getting late, and they should go home too.

"Big Worm, wait for me!"
