A week has past since the first day of the academy. Naruto and Kizo has gotten a lot closer since than. They found out that live very near each other and started to hange out with each other all day.
On the class room Iruka announced " Listen everyone today we will be having a sparing call. You will be fighting against each other. Meet me in ground behind the the academy in 10 minutes."
After saying that Iruka left the classroom. Naruto who was sitting next to Kizo looked at him and said "Kizo I will beat everyone today. Believe it." Kizo smiled and replied " I don't think we will be fighting everyone. I believe we will only fight one person each."
Naruto than said " Then I will win no matter who I fight. Believe it!" Kizo replied" well we can only try our best. Let's go or we will be late."
On the training ground every on gathered. Soon Iruka explain the and the the first match started. One by one matchs passed and it was Naruto trun. He was facing against sasuke. As soon as sasuke stepped out of the all the girls screamed and there eyes turned into hearhs. Naruto looked at scene and said to Kizo " wait until I beat him they all will believe that I will be Hokage. Believe it!" Kizo just said " Good luck." After that Naruto went out as well and soon their match began.
As soon as the match began Naruto was being pushed back by Sasuke. Naruto was physical weeker than most of his peers. Because he would spent many days without eating. And even when he ate it would not be very healthy food. Most days he just ate ramen and cup ramen. On the other hand Sasuke was sun of a clan head. He was also guided by his father and brother. So Naruto had no chance of winning.
Naruto was defeated by very quickly and easy. When Naruto returned he was a little gloomy. Kizo looked at his gloomy face and said "Don't worry Naruto you will get him next time." After hearing kizo's words Naruto was a little touched. This was the the first time some was trying to consult him. All his sadness from the loss desepear. He smiled and said "I definitely will. Believe it!"
After the three more matchs it was finally kizo's turn. He was facing against choji akimichi. Choji had a strong physical body for being from the akimichi clan. Kizo knew it will be very difficult for him win against choji. Kizo's body was a little skinny. He had dark black hair and brown eyes. His face was more pretty than a average girl. If not for his very short hair most people would believe he was girl.
Soon their fight began choji was strong but kizo's speed was faster after few minutes of dodgeing chojis attack Kizo has running of of stamina. It was clear that soon Kizo will lose. But suddenly Kizo found and opening managed to trip choji . Choji fell to the ground. Naruto started shouting and cheering for Kizo but choji soon got up and then fight went back to how it was before. After a few minutes just when choji was about to hit Kizo he surrendered.
Everyone was shocked they didn't think there has a option to surrender. Kizo just ignore their gaze and went near Naruto. Naruto would have made a comment about it but after remembering his own match he didn't.
Sasuke looked at Kizo and thought "cowerd".
There was a certain blond girl who looked at Kizo and thought "strong,smart and good looking he is like a the complete package."
Soon all the match ended and Iruka gave them another lecture and send them home.
(Iruka's pov)
Today Iruka held one and one sparing match to evaluate his students combat ability. Everyone performed as he accepted but there was one how surprised him. It was Kizo. Kizo had surprised him from day one. Kizo had a matured dignity about him. Which made him stand out to Iruka. Not only that Kizo was also the only friend of Naruto which made him stand out even more. Iruka paired Naruto with Sasuke to realize gape between than and make Naruto work harder. Fact that Naruto now had a friend some how made him happy because he could see him self in Naruto. He also paired choji and Kizo for same reason. But fact the Kizo could fight against choji on a equal foot made shocked. What shocked him even more was that when Kizo realized he could not win he had surrendered. Which just confirmed his maturity.
After this he went to Hokage's office to report about the students. Hokage asked " how are the students this year?" Iruka replied "they are a dissent batch lord third." Hokage asked "how is Naruto and Sasuke. Sasuke was the brother of itachi which made Hiruzens expectations high for Sasuke. And Naruto was the nine tails jinjureki and the son of Minato because of that his expectations for him was also high. Iruka replied "Sasuke is the strongest in the class currently I have high expectations for him. As for Naruto his body currently is very weak. But there is a another student that caught my eye. Hiruzen asked " really who is he?" Iruka replied "His name is Kizo Torihino. He is a civilian orphan. His strength is dessent. He is able to fight choji in equal terms. But that that not what is most best thing about him. He is very mature for his age. It almost feels unfitting for his age. He is also the only one who is friends with Naruto withen just a week they are almost inseparable. Hiruzen said "so Naruto has finally found a good friend. Great! Now I don't have to worry about him so much any more."
