Hirvan finally found a relatively empty row in the auditorium and dropped into a seat with a long, relieved sigh. For a moment, he leaned back and let his shoulders relax, feeling like he had just escaped something exhausting.
Ren Yuze had been glued to him the entire time earlier, sticking so close it was honestly suffocating. The guy hadn't even tried to hide it, following him around, talking nonstop, and even trying to persuade him not to attend the ordination at all.
The worst part? He had the audacity to casually mention that, to his dad that he should skip it, saying that as student council president, he could just pull some strings and get Hirvan out of it entirely.
