Masaharu summons Lucia (who appears naked). Lucia says she cannot directly cure Kemolori (the beastkin child) because of compatibility issues with the poison. She then summons the Holy God Lalmu by using Rafilia as a vessel.
Lalmu possesses Rafilia's body. She explains that the poison is designed to be deadly to beastkin but harmless to humans, so normal healing magic won't work. The proposed solution is to expel the poison through urination.
Masaharu tries to make the severely weakened Kemolori urinate. When she can't, he stimulates her genital area with his fingers and then licks it with his tongue to try to induce urination.
