Chiang Qing was sitting in Chiang Tian's office, telling him about her pregnancy and about her decision to make Bi Xiaojin leave.
"Sis, you… you're really pregnant?" Chiang Tian's eyes went wide, his excitement no less than Chiang Qing's own.
Chiang Qing nodded with a faint smile. "I haven't gone to the hospital to confirm yet, but I'm sure I'm pregnant. I already used a pregnancy test stick myself."
"That's great!" Chiang Tian clapped his hands, saying excitedly, "Sis, your second half of life finally has some security." And his had, too.
Chiang Qing touched her lower belly, her smile fading as she said, "So Bi Xiaojin can't stay any longer. Now that I'm pregnant, it's impossible for me to keep having this sordid thing with him. Give him some money and make him leave the Capital."
"Sis, is this kid his, or the old man's?"
