The Hidden Dragon List, inspired by the idea of a dragon lying hidden in the depths, records prodigies from the Central Plains under thirty years of age, amounting to a total of one thousand individuals.
One must understand that the Central Plains are vast and rich in resources, comprising nine hundred ninety-nine Daozhou. On average, that would be only one person per Daozhou.
